Appointment Policy To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. However emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
In order to ensure we provide the most effective healthcare for your pet we require a copy of their medical records 24-48 hours prior to their appointment. This is particularly important for surgical procedures to ensure all vaccine and health checks have been performed as necessary. If there are any questions we can also get them addressed prior to the surgery date.
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. Therefore for your protection, and that of others, we require that all patients be in a pet carrier or on a leash and properly controlled while in the parking area, reception or exam rooms.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, personal checks and CareCredit. |
