Boarding
 
Dog Boarding RunsOak Grove Animal Hospital offers day and overnight boarding for both cats and dogs. When you have to leave your pets, we will provide them with a safe and caring place to stay. 
 
Cats stay in our special Kitty Condos', where they can relax in a safe, quiet, stress free environment completely separate from our canine boarders. 

Dogs stay in one of our canine cages or boarding runs appropriate to their size and activity level. Each dog is walked individually, three times a day by one of our dedicated kennel staff.
 
Overnight guests are fed twice a day. We recommend you bring your own pet food to avoid any tummy upsets, especially if your pet is on a special diet. If you choose not to bring food, we will provide some at no extra charge. Medication can be administered to your pet during their stay with us for an extra fee.
 
For your convenience you can pick up or drop off at any time during our opening hours Monday to Saturday.  If you have any questions about our boarding facility, our staff will be more than happy to answer them.

Your pet can leave Oak Grove Animal Hospital feeling and smelling their best after having one of our friendly staff give them a bath. Each salon service includes a bath with special shampoo for skin care where required, blow dry, brush out and ear cleaning.  

For pets with skin issues from mites we offer a series of Mitaban dips.  For those dogs with flea and tick problems we will wash them with flea and tick shampoo, give them a Capstar pill to kill the adult flea and then apply a vial of Frontline to provide month long protection from any new parasites.
 
Note: At this time we do not offer a full grooming service.


For the safety of all our animals we require that all pets staying with us or being bathed are fully up to date with their vaccinations.
